At Grand Girl Clothing, many of our items are offered on a pre-order basis and made to order specifically for each customer. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after they are placed and payment is successfully received.
For pre-order and made-to-order items, processing includes production time before shipment. Because these items are created specifically for each customer, production timelines may vary.
We aim to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Any shipping or production timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-order items are produced after your order is placed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your order will not ship immediately.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided for convenience only. Delays may occur due to manufacturing timelines, fabric or material availability, customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together or separately at our discretion unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination, package details, and selected shipping method, where applicable. Shopify supports merchant-configured shipping rates and delivery options at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.
For Ontario consumers, if a delivery date is promised and the goods are not delivered within 30 days after that promised date, consumer cancellation rights may apply under Ontario law.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada and internationally to select countries.
International shipping availability may change at any time without notice. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported into their destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and any other country-specific charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate unless expressly stated at checkout.
International shipments may also require accurate product classification information such as HS codes, which Shopify notes are required for international shipments.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Grand Girl Clothing is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and timelines.
Grand Girl Clothing is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in contacting the carrier and reviewing possible next steps.

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped.
