Refund policy

At Grand Girl Clothing, many of our pieces are offered on a pre-order basis and made to order specifically for each customer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are made to order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your item is being produced specifically for you after purchase.

For this reason, pre-order items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned before the order has been delivered and confirmed as received.

After confirmed delivery, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the eligibility requirements set out below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be requested for return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with original tags attached and original packaging, where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, and similar charges are also non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Grand Girl Clothing is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at alivia@grandgirlclothing.com. Please include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less any non-refundable shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges permitted under this policy and applicable law.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If we determine that your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges for pre-order items, as inventory may be limited and many items are made to order.

If you would like a different size or item after delivery, please contact us and we will let you know whether an exchange is available. If an exchange is not available, you may submit a return request if your item is eligible under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original tags or packaging, where applicable
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any customs, duties, taxes, import charges, or similar fees associated with the return, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are also responsible for complying with local return shipping and customs requirements in their country.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that may apply to you under consumer protection laws in your province, state, country, or region of residence. Where local law provides mandatory return, cancellation, refund, or warranty rights, those rights will apply.
